Dorado single malt whiskey is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, aged in the desert, and bottled on site. It is one of only a handful of American Single Malts that uses velvet mesquite in the US.

Desert Provisions Sonoran Sea Salt is hand-harvested from a remote and pristine estuary where the Sonoran Desert meets the Sea of Cortez, the salt bears traces of its journey down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon.
