Dorado single malt whiskey is made from 100% barley that is malted and smoked over a velvet mesquite fire, mashed, fermented, copper pot distilled, aged in the desert, and bottled on site. It is one of only a handful of American Single Malts that uses velvet mesquite in the US.

Desert Provisions Sonoran Sea Salt is hand-harvested from a remote and pristine estuary where the Sonoran Desert meets the Sea of Cortez, the salt bears traces of its journey down the Colorado River through the Grand Canyon. The unforgiving southwestern sun produces natural crystals as it dries in the hot desert air.
