Goat Cheese Board

This dreamy goat cheese board is perfect for entertaining. Simple, beautiful and delicious; it’s the trifecta of appetizers.
Serves 2-4
6 oz goat cheese, room temp
1-2 tbsp good quality olive oil
2 sprigs of rosemary, leaves stripped from stem, roughly chopped (about 2 tbsps) or, gently fry rosemary leaves (not chopped) if you have time, see note in instructions.
1 tbsp honey
Pinches of Desert Provisions Sonoran Sea Salt
Baguette bread, torn into bite sized pieces
Spread goat cheese a spoonful at a time onto board in pattern of your choosing.
Top with: Crushed Hatch Red Chile Flakes, rosemary, and a generous drizzle of olive oil. Add pinches of Sonoran Sea Salt. Top with a light drizzle of honey.
Enjoy with hearty bread in bite-sized pieces.
Cook's notes: If you have a few extra minutes, fry up the rosemary leaves in a couple tbps of neutral oil on medium heat. After oil is warm, drop in leaves for 10-15 seconds until just crisp, making sure not to burn. Dry on paper towel to absorb excess oil.
