Chimichurri Sauce
Whip up this classic sauce using a few high quality ingredients and Desert Provisions products to drizzle on just about anything. We’re serious - it’s good on just a about anything.
Takes: 5-10 minutes
Serves 2
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 cup chopped parsley
4-5 garlic cloves, minced
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover with an airtight seal until you are ready to use.
Cook's notes: Great on top of steak, chicken or grilled vegetables. Can be made up to one day in advance if refrigerated. If making in advance, seal in an airtight container to prevent browning and bring to room temp before using.
